Public Health Immunization Clinics serve uninsured children and adults and CCHP/Medi-Cal children. For CCHP/Medi-Cal adults, please contact your primary care provider or go to your network pharmacy.

We do not see anyone with insurance.

• Clinics offer all recommended pediatric vaccines.
• Season Flu vaccines are available.
• For COVID and MPOX, please email CoCoPHIZ@cchealth.org for availability.
• Travel Vaccines not offered.
• Clinic fees vary. Payment (cash, debit, credit card) is due at the appointment.
• Please remember to bring all immunization records, including any records from other countries.
• Only one person can be seen per appointment slot. Please schedule everyone separately.
